How do I make special dice out of folds of regular paper?

How do I make special dice out of folds of regular paper?

I need to know how to make the dice for Dungeons and Dragons. I already have 6-sided dice, so I just need to know how to make 4-sided, 8-sided, 10-sided, and 20-sided dice.
