The ends of the strip get the lowest limits usually (Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand are the exceptions to this). If you go Downtown, you can possibly find even lower limits. Most casinos offer 3x,4x,5x odds, meaning that you can place 3 times your line bet (either pass or don't pass) odds bets on 4 and 10, 4 times on 5&9 and 5 times on 6&8. These are some of my favorite places to play because the dealers usually make it fun and the free drinks are nice and strong. It has gotten really hard to find 5 dollar craps on the Strip. But they usually do have a table or two going at the Hooters hotel Casino just off the strip behind the Tropicana, the dealers are usually fun there and the crowd can make this place a lot of fun. Also you might try the Barbary Coast , you can find 5 dollar tables there as well. But you might want to play at a Harrah's property, because they are all over the place, and get a total rewards card, so you can use your comps at a place closer to home. Or play closer to home and use your comps in Vegas. Stratosphere has lower limits.

It not a nice looking casino but if you are looking for a good time and want to play craps go there. Edit: One more thing. It's right in the middle of the strip.
